We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition for Non Tech to support our Sales/ GTM , CXG Functions and supporting the organisation in establishing hiring footprint in multiple geographies in India.

You will not only help achieve our hiring goals, but also think out of box to attract, engage, and hire top talents while working in conjunction with the Head of People India and Global Head of TA, this role develops the strategic TA plan and ensures execution and service delivery.

  • Responsible to attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters on time, cost and quality for all ROW positions to ensure achievement of Business Objectives.
  • She /He/They will be working closely with the BU Leaders, Senior Director of TA, contractors, PMO TA, and Employer Branding Manager for forecasting, planning & executing Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Manage entire recruitment cycle & ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Takes ownership that Talent Acquisition deliveries quality services as per SLAs / TATs and elevate stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Create a conducive open environment for better performance, among team members to create/build positive work culture.
  • Proven track record of effective partnership with department managers and leaders as evidenced by a passion for their teams and those teams’ challenges and opportunities


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 - 12 years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience, with a majority of that experience being at a high-growth technology / SaaS company
  • Experince in training & mentoring the teams under his/her belt for his/her accounts & make it a high performing team.
  • Ability to think several steps ahead, develop contingency plans and adjust when needed
  • Good listener balanced with the ability to “push back” and challenge constructively
  • Experience working with multiple global hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies
  • Track record of creatively sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organisation
  • Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
  • Attentive to detail and organised; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be able to influence hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
