We at OkayGo are looking for candidates for the position of Manager of Business Operations.What this role is aboutThe ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in bulk recruitment, inside sales or operations management, a sound understanding of MS Office(specifically excel/google sheets), and strong intent and capability to quickly learn and grow their skillset.The selected candidate would be taking up the following roles and responsibilities:

• Build a strong network of recruiters in south Indian regions to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve the attainment of strategic objectives

• Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency, and trend analyses

• Directly managing a network of gig & full-time TLs.

• Monitoring daily productivity and performance metrics on a recruiter level.

• Understanding and implementing SOPs on a client and territory level for deploying workforce.

• Measuring, controlling & owning the cost of acquisition of candidates and employees.

• Aggregating consumer (worker) insights & feedback regularly and working directly with the leadership team to implement them.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive responsibility in transportation, logistics, operations, or related fields.

• Demonstrated skills at building relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

• Must know the regional languages (Kannada, Telugu & Tamil)

This will be a full-time in-office job at our Bengaluru Office.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?500,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per yearJadwal:
