Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact
The Manager- Plant Administration will supervise administrative and secretarial employees to ensure effective office support. In this role, you will set priorities for the team to complete tasks, coordinate work with other supervisors and multiple less complex office and administrative processes related to customer requests, arrange for meeting coordination and logistics, security procedures, management of office inventory and mailroom or print services. Key Accountabilities
Assign and monitor typing and related administrative and secretarial work.
Coordinate a wide range of services to ensure efficient operation of the office and Prepare work schedules for administrative employees to cover critical functions such as reception, telephones, mail preparation and delivery and typing. Liasoning with Dir of Factories for license renewal, submitting the monthly statements, local govt & non govt bodies and main harmonious relationship.
Security activities & documents supervision. Resolving employee/Labour related grievances and quick settlement of disputes related wages, OT, Bonus, and other labour related disputes in coordination with Compliance and EIR.
Co ordinating with manpower contractors and making MP available. Verifying and certifying the attendance all employees ( Cargill employees and Contract employees)
Supervising the uniform washing and availability.
PPEs stock monitoring and replenishing.
Canteen provision stock monitoring and replenishing and supervising the canteen activities
Coordinate with EIR in addressing/ resolving union related grievance and maintain discipline in the plant. Monitoring EIR situation in the plant and ensuring industrial peace & harmony.
Making sure all the legal abstracts, legal/ HR/IR announcements are posted on notice board.
Handling inspections from statutory authorities like labour dept, factories dept, KSPCB etc... in coordination with Plant Manager, compliance & EIR.
Employee Attendance and Leave administration. Coordinate with HR ops to provide payroll inputs of union employees.
Monitoring of Health, safety & welfare measure at the plant and quick settlement of grievance.Supervising housekeeping activities of the Plant premises, change room and lockers Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Graduate ,B.B.A - Management, B.A - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization .
3-4 Years of experience in Admin, Statutory (handling local regulatory bodies) & EIR .
Knowledge of Admin Process ownership & accountabilities.
Facility management related knowledge.
People management skills.
Effective communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills for multiple levels of organization.
Good Analytical and Problem solving skill especially- EIR/HR (administrative).
Ability to adapt and learn in a altering healthy work environment of plant.
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualification
PG: -MA/ MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
