The Opportunity:
The jobholder plays a significant role in overseeing the development and implementation of successful delivery of P&R projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the Global guidelines, the HR policies. The jobholder works closely with the Group/ Global/ Country HR teams to develop and implement P&R policies across HSBC.
This covers a range of P&R activities including reward, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, global mobility, employee benefits and wellbeing to support the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives and business priorities.
Job holder will be responsible for delivering Reporting, Analytics and Insights on the full range of P&R activities, as well as case management, system administration and audit. This includes providing comprehensive analytic support to key P&R activities including reward, performance management, executive compensation, deferred reward, employee benefits and wellbeing to support the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives and local business priorities.
