Manager- BBU Access & Reimbursement will be the Access Business partner for the CVRM and Respiratory Business Units and will also be the key person collaborating with Institutional Business teams across India-MC

Key Accountabilities

• Work with the CVRM & Respiratory Business Units to support on business case development for new product launches, access enhancement strategies
• Represent India-MC on all internal CVRM and Respiratory Access forums
• Develop tools and strategies to enhance patient access for CVRM and Respiratory products across private and public
• Work with Cross-functional teams including other Access colleagues to implement access strategies
• Key Business partner for Institutional Business teams across India MC to help develop strategies and tools for the Institutional Business team to gain faster and wider reimbursement

Eligibility

• MBA from reputed institution preferred.
• Experience working in Institutional Business/ Marketing/ Commercial Excellence/ BD&L/ Strategy
• Understands public health systems and reimbursement markets in detail.
