Conduct skill gap analysis, create, and design the training calendar and ensure its implementation and drive the TNI program. Take the requirements of the functions as identified through the Performance Management Process and develop a learning and skillset building strategy across levels. Create training content on various topics with support from SMEs as well as be able to deliver the content through the training programs organized. Conceptualize, design, and implement special programs viz., First Time Manager, Graduate Trainee Program, TTT, etc. Design metrics to measure training effectiveness and return on investment. Help identify and facilitate Management/Leadership Development interventions. Create an environment to provide visibility and getting buy in of the stakeholders for the employee development initiatives. Vendor/External Consultant Engagement: Identify external consultants/vendors/ institutions to deliver solutions as applicable. Review, benchmark and constantly upgrade internal LMS.
