Role

To manage the city\'s P&L, city-level operations and projects

Lead and manage a team FOS, team leads and BA working on the field and in the office

Guardian of the city\'s PnL, city-level BAU operations

Provide city-level insights around the category.

Ensure rigor in the processes and provide RCA when necessary.

Skills

Good analytical skills to make sense of the data and be able to present a story around it

Structured approach to problem identification, identifying dependencies and potential risks/assumptions, arriving at solutions and validating them, good planning and prioritization process

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ability to inspire and guide a team

Ability to understand market dynamics and be able to share insights around the same
