Job description
In your new role you will:
Leadership Engagement

  • Consults with the business, senior leadership and HRBP\'s to identify learning/business gaps, both for ongoing initiatives and new initiatives.
  • Design/create impactful and sustainable learning experiences that lead to skill development impacting business priorities/results
People and Leadership Development
  • Understand global practices and engage with business teams to conduct development needs analysis, offering necessary interventions ,and providing fulfilment statistics periodically
  • Assess employee development needs based on requests and offer people development consultancy support. Communicate periodically on the learning activities planned for the site.
  • Ensure global training policy is adhered to and take ownership for local policies. Ensure applicability, compliance and improvement of processes in line with audit requirements Ensuring training processes in place- Being the spokesperson at corporate audit sessions
  • Optimize collaboration with training providers, educators and government agencies. Sourcing for relevant offerings based on business needs and industry trends
  • Promote informal learning activities - Fostering a learning culture by organizing learning roadshows and partnering with institutions to showcase/deliver relevant offerings, curating their programs to suit our business needs
  • Offer consultancy support to Service Centre on training administration and logistics.
  • Shape the learning culture with modern learning formats and social learning (sourcing relevant Linkedin learning offerings, setup/facilitate peer coaching etc.)
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Possess Bachelor/Master\'s Degree, preferably in HR/Psychology/Applied Neurosciences etc.
  • Certification in psychometric assessments will be an added advantage
  • Good working knowledge of HR practice
  • Able to communicate ideas and issues clearly and visually to different stakeholders, inspiring them to be aligned with the Company culture and vision.
  • Collaborate and relate well with different stakeholders and take in critique and feedback, building on them positively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work independently with minimal supervision and adept at problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a global team environment
