Responsibilities and Duties
I. Formulate new Marketing Strategies for Retail/ Bulk /Corporate Sales (B2B and B2C).
II. Responsible for increasing sales (focusing on insurance policy holders, insurance agents) by offering entire range of products to clients.
III. Acquiring new business and developing relationships with the existing clients.
IV. Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
V. Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performanceQualifications and Skills
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Agency business/ insurance policy sales.Skills:
Out of the box thinking.
Good Communication Skill.
