About the Client: PSS has been mandated to hire a Manager of API Operations for a leading pharmaceutical organisation. Job Responsibilities Customer Service: Taking care of Commercial, Seeding and Lock in orders from LATAM & APAC REGION Responding to Customer queries and getting them resolved to ensure smooth supply. Customer service support from the receipt of PO till delivery Sharing Weekly delivery report to customers/agents, Participation in monthly call with agents to update on supply position, stuck shipments, quality issue if any. Demand Planning Managing Demand and Commit for Emerging Market, communicating to Internal and External Stake Holders Advance excel proficient Keeping track to get the given commitment date in co-ordination with the CFT Preparing Monthly and Quaterly Sales plan for EM and INDIA market (LBE vs BUDGET) sharing the same with BD team Co-ordination amongst plant, quality, planning, logistics team to execute deliveries in time. Financial Performance Track/Follow up on customer receivables including all advance payments & update finance team about the same to maintain accurate records Co-ordinate with all customers about debtors confirmation and send it to finance within time frame. Digital platform Should have preliminary experience on CRM/ power BI tools Educational Qualifications And Experience Graduate in Science. 10 years\' experience. preferably from Pharmaceutical industry.
