Role Purpose
As a Legal Entity Controller you will be required to take complete ownership of the statutory financial reporting controls & compliance of the legal entities assigned You will develop an in depth end to end understanding of these entities including their business strategies products and associated technical accounting and disclosure requirements You will also be required to oversee all finance operations processes for the legal entity working in close collaboration with internal and external service delivery teams to ensure processes are efficient compliant and result in complete and accurate financial information
The Entity Controller is an important partner to the Head of International and closely working with the Enterprise Finance Enterprise Business Tax and Treasury teams. Other key partners include External and Internal Auditors and Group Finance
Key Job description
Work with appropriate financial and operational teams to provide value added financial analysis revenues cost of sales balance sheet to management including the Board of Directors where appropriate
Monthly review of the legal entity results to ensure all drivers of the income statement and balance sheet are understood and evidenced by the production of monthly management accounts
Production of statutory accounts together with appropriate working papers to a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
Execute relevant change plans to ensure the legal entities align to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s Finance Operating Model
Actively support and coordinate the audit of the assigned legal entities in terms of financial reporting controls concerned
Configure ONESOURCE templates data mapping based on information available from the underlying processes and local legal requirements and present final templates to local experts for validation and approval
Actively look for possibilities to standardize simplify processes around statutory accounts production
Besides the tasks listed item by item in the Key Job description within the framework of the position determined in the employment contract the Employee is obliged to fulfill tasks as well of which his her line manager instructs him her to fulfill

Core competencies knowledge and experience
Qualified Accountant with 6+ PQE with fair IFRS knowledge
Proven experience in statutory reporting
Very strong cooperation coordination communication and presentation skills
Strong change management & transformation skills
Experience in telecommunications industry and or working in shared service environment is an advantage
Overall solid technical skills and OneSource knowledge is an advantage
Must have Technical Professional
Fluency in English
Advanced Excel SAP S4 Hana knowledge must
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Independency at work with a self-starter proactive attitude with accuracy attention to detail
Experience in a Shared Services environment is an advantage
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Company\xe2\x80\x99s Vision Mission and Values and SSC Social Contract in all interactions with customers co-workers and suppliers
