Job Description


Support new Business Partners to launch new school and Support them to achieve desire admission target.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new business partners to establish new schools.
  • Guiding School to achieve desired admission numbers
  • Smooth coordination between various internal team to support business partners.
Scope of work: * Relationship Management and Administration
  • Facilitating good relationships to maximize business and maintaining a good reputation.
  • Liaise with the project team to track school construction schedule to prepare for launch.
  • Responsible for enrolment in the school
  • Implementing school wise marketing plan
  • Liaise with operations and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of launch kit and marketing kit.
  • Continuous research of changes in the market that can be used by the school to enhance its USP.
  • Liaise with Support Functions for operation support
  • Prepare school-wise MIS for reporting purpose
  • Prepare and Conduct BP and relationship manager induction
  • Ensure adherence of SOP.
  • Marketing
  • Evaluate the catchment/competition analysis
  • Finalise the strategies to achieve admission targets for each school
  • Prepare the marketing Calendar for new schools in conjuction with the marketing team.
  • Overlook the implementation of the ATL and BTL activities on ground level.
  • Overlook and ensure effect spend of the schools marketing budget.
  • Work with marketing team to develop and implement School Activation programs.
  • Review and rework on the marketing calendar quarter to maximise WOM and FOOTFALLS at the school.
  • Overlook the PR strategy to promote the school.
  • Facility Management
  • Ensure the school infrastructure is ready for use as per the agreed scope for the 1st year.
  • Guide the BP and operations team to follow the brand guidelines.
  • Parental Communication and Involvement
  • Conduct lost customer survey.
  • Prepare and evaluate the half yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey (Parents).
  • Overlook and evaluate trends of critical incidence and grievances.
  • Financial Responsibility
  • Ensure that the franchisees are financially compliant with the company and his customers
  • Compile and Evaluate marketing and activity plan to track progress and achievement.
