Lead day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90day general administrative activities, facility operations, Repair & maintenance and procurements of goods & services.
Arrange and manage safe, secure, properly maintained office space & facilities.
Manage workplace safety and security, transport, cafeteria, meetings & conferences etc.
Ensured zero down and timely maintenance, repair and upkeep of all office equipment and facilities \xe2\x80\x93 Power Backup \xe2\x80\x93UPS & DG Sets, Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning setup, Air Handling Units, Lift and other various facilities.
Relationship management with various stake holders - internal & external, Government bodies \xe2\x80\x93 municipal corporations, electricity, communication, fire, police and labor etc.
Ensure that all licenses and NOCs (Fire, DG & Electrical, Lift & Escalators etc) are up-to-date and all the operations are legally compliant.
Manage Third party Resources for integrated facility management, soft services, housekeeping, general services, security and transport etc.
Allocate tasks to team and ensured that they are completed as scheduled and with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
Review team\xe2\x80\x99s performances on an ongoing basis and provided necessary feedback and guidance to enable them to appropriately adjust their behavior and improve performance.
Coordinate with all concerned for business continuity planning and disruption management, conduct mock drills for emergency evacuation and undertook responsibility of safety of all occupants during crisis.
Prepare, monitor and control administrative and operational budget and maintain cost efficiency as per budget guidelines.
Coordinate with other internal departments/teams to smoothly run various initiatives including office events, festive events, rewards and recognition, promotional activities and corporate gifting etc.
Work closely with various stakeholders and departments for understanding the needs for formulating strategic interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
Spearheaded projects for modification and/or renovation of workplace and other facilities.
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost\xe2\x80\x90effective way and in accordance with best practices.
