Infrastructure Insurance/ Assets 6. Factory Act & Labour Laws(Infra) 7. Statutory compliances IR/ER (2) 1. Labour Management/ Laws 2. Contractors / Contract Workers Management 3. Factory Act Management under factory act 4. Blue Collar Management: Training/ Welfare/ Healthcare/ Safety 5. Group Insurance (GMC/GPA) except Infra. Insurance 6. Emergencies, all types 7. Statutory compliances 8. Expectations: 9. Excellent People Management skills, ability to interact with government staff, all levels; 10. Knowledge of Occupational safety requirements; 11. Knowledge of Asset Management & Insurances 12.
