Job Description


Ensure management of office space, office furniture, pantry, drinking water in offices etc. Ensure management of accommodation at DET hostel and plot 2 housing complex. Ensure aviation services during VIP visits and event management in plant. Management of Office Spaces at TSK: Ensure daily upkeep, cleaning of offices and surrounding areas. Ensure checking of deployment of manpower, supply of toiletries and other items. Ensure cleaning and washing of conference halls and other important locati ons. Ensure office pantry management including supply of pantry items, utensils etc. Ensure that waste management activities and carried out without any interruption as per the request of the customer. Ensure procurement and distribution of pantry items t o all offices. Ensure inventory management of pantry items. Ensure supply of mineral waters in all offices and important site offices, training centres etc. Management of Accommodation (DET hostels & Plot 2): Allocation of flats to OPRs and NOPRs.Allocation of hostels to DETs. Tracking of complaint management through Jusco Sahyog Kendra. Feedback from occupants to improve service levels Procurement of furnish ing items and development of infrastructure in DET hostels and Guest House at Plot 2 Ensure daily upkeep, cleaning of peripheral areas in Plot 2 housing, DET Hostels and Plot 2 guest houses. Management of Office Furniture: Finalization of requirement of office furniture. Selection of models, process RFQ, SR & procure furniture. Installation and re-installation of furniture. Inventory management of all office furniture and record keeping Regul ar maintenance of office furniture Physical verification of inventory Disposal of old and damaged furniture Aviation Services & Event Management: Coordination with various agencies for arranging aviation services during VIP visits. Event management for events during VIP visits, TSK departmental events. Customer Satisfaction: Implement robust Complaint Handling System for complaint resolution in all areas Ensure compliance to MOU and timelines provided by the customer. Safety: Conducting contractor site safety audits and ensure safe working condition for all contract employees. Ensuring zero incidents and LTIFR. Compliance to Job Safety Plan & SOPs Capability Development: Develop relevant training modules. Ensure DM, TPM and Suggestion activities Administrative support to business: Provide general administration to office/residential infrastructure.Management of office space and necessary facilities for smooth operation of offices for increasing efficiency, management of DET hostel, plot-2 housing and BHC housing complexes. Management of maintenance, housekeeping, safe upkeep, contract management, resource management for smooth operation of business. Provide support for smooth operation of Aviation services and effectively managing VIP guestvisits.Managing Events # inside plant and in residential areas. Proper planning and effective execution of all Events. Contract Management and processing of bills: Management of Contracts for day to day activities such as # Housekeeping, Ground maintenance, Catering, Security, etc. for smooth operation of business. Contract management and coordination with Procurement for timely order fulfilment.Timely processing of bills of all service providers. Asset management & Budgeting: Management of budgets - GAGW, E&F. Ensure statutory compliances & Legatrix. Disposal of lazy capital Skills Functional: Must be conversant with SAP and Easy Buy Knowledge of latest trends in Hospitality Sector Behavioural : Customer Orientation Drive for Results Influencing & Networking Collaboration Interpersonal Effectiveness. Other details Qualification: Full time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized college with MBA from a recognized institute. Experience: Relevant experience in administration domain is preferred.
