Designation -Compensation & Benefit Manager
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 4 to 10 Years
Job Profile -
1. Handling end to end Payroll Operations for Pan India Level.
2. Handling end to end employee operations.
3. Assisting managers and employees in understanding and HRIS (Workline) people tools, policies and procedures
4. Responsible for on - boarding and off - boarding of all employees
5. Preparation of monthly attendance summary
6. Handling Employee benefits such as Maternity & Insurance
7. Should be excellent in Excel.
8. Should have Knowledge in Wage code.
