Job Description
Context:
The role is of a PTP Mumbai lead and responsible for efficient operations of Procure to Pay Tower for Disney Star (north, west and east regions of India), managing the team for Supplier relationship management, Invoice accounting and Payments, Master data management and Other related reporting activities. With a span of ~26 resources, this role also involves managing of team managers within the team. This role is the face / touch point for Disney Star PTP covering all regions except south. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end operations of Accounts Payable team.
- Team management & Performance review of the SRM, AP and AP Support team.
- Responsible for the SLA and various TAT as agreed with management.
- Should act as a problem solver for the accounting related queries of the team.
- Handling adhoc & urgent request from LOB or Manager.
- Internal & External Stakeholders Management.
- Escalation Management
