Job Summary . Manager - 3in1 Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Campaign Execution and Campaign management to perform day to day Campaign Development and execution As a completely new module, Rewards Program and application is designed as customised solution integrated with all the service and products offered by BFL through 3in1 Super app. Rewards Program and customer loyalty is the one of the latest initiatives that BFL has decided to pursue as it impacts the most critical stages of 3in1 product life cycle. Work areas related to customer acquisition, engagement, improve usage frequency and uplift in value of transaction for consumer financing and payments business stream which will give competitive advantage to BFL Super app against competition like Paytm, PhonePe, Google pay. Campaign manager role is required to have understanding of Loyalty CRM platforms, other CRM and business rule engines and must understand customer life cycle management as a mobile app user with context to BFSI domain. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities Campaign Management and Reporting . Daily campaign management - Maker role (Collection of campaign briefs checking sign-off document w.r.t Budget construct overlaps Program guardrails/boundary conditions and best practices w.r.t app user experience. . Manage complete campaign life cycle . Creative campaign recommendations contracts campaign approval optimization for mobile platform. . Capable of handling of all type of contracting and formats of promotion like Payments/ Loans etc. . Monitor activity analyse performance identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase revenues Manage and maximize existing accounts while continuing to grow a pipeline of new distribution partners. . Prepare overall Campaign Monthly Execution plan for execution of Campaign and prioritize program based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact . Co-ordinate with business Stake Holders Project Coordination . Maintaining Campaign Development and execution roadmap and tracker. . Develop Testing plans and Collating all artefacts for all Rewards Epic and user stories. . Jointly Performing all UAT with business post delivery and publishing UAT finding . Updating test Cases with product Team Required Qualifications and Experience Graduate with B.E./ B. Tech / Marketing Degree . 1-2 years\' experience in Rewards domain overall 3.5 years minimum experience . Hands on experience in building and managing Campaign Life cycle . Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. . Should possess the below skill sets: -Excel knowledge is must -added advantage (Database / SQL knowledge) - Have worked on Campaign tools like Clever Tap/ Adobe/ UNICA - Technically Sound - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Negotiation Skills & influencing skills - Analytical & Problem Solving skills Total Year Of Experience 1-2 Years Required Qualifications and Experience .
