Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to make sure the flock health and vaccination schedules as per the Company Standards.
- Responsible for all aspects of poultry health management of internal Broiler Breeder flocks.
- Working closely with production teams to ensure flock health performances are executed without deviating the Bio-security and Welfare standards
- Collaborating with multiple teams to improve chick quality.
- Maintaining and optimizing Avian health standards through continuous monitoring which includes conducting routine post mortem, vaccination audits in cooperation with Company Veterinarian
- Ability to support & mentor farms to enable the optimization of Aviagen's health program
- Becoming familiar with veterinary laboratory diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and liaising with the laboratory and quality assurance teams
- Up to dated knowledge on latest outbreaks and initiating/alerting for strong precautionary measures
- Freshers or minimum two years of experience as Poultry Veterinarian
- B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc graduates
- Basic computing skills required
- Should be good team player
- Need to be a Potential and self-motivated candidate
