Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Assist senior sales executives in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote company
products.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and
maintain relationships.
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to support strategic planning.
Sales Support & Documentation
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer data in internal systems.
  • Participate in product training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings.
Performance & Targets
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs during the training period.
  • Continuously improve performance by adopting best sales practices and learning from senior team
members.
Requirements
  • Top Tier MBA College
  • Strong leadership and teamwork.
  • Technical expertise to assist in proposal writing and pricing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Pro-active problem solving.
  • Strong business acumen.
