Inviting applications for Management Trainee, AP Holds Coordinator We are looking for a AP Holds Coordinator, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling partner requests, solving team\'s questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities . Keep track of all payments, invoices, statements, etc . Provide Cash Flow Projections to treasury team . Ensure payments on time, and they are settled at the bank account . Prepare accounts analysis and provide monthly reports . Assist new ERP and system implementations . Communication and business partner management . Implement operational improvements, do self audits and support external audits . Respect SOD and internal policies, as well update procedures . Compare system reports to balances and do reconciliation . Supervise the subledger ensuring the accounting postings . Clean up open items, AP accrual, assist and support Monthly End Closing routines . Control advance payments Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Experience in shared service center, procurement or operations experience in a multinational environment . Oral and written communication skills (Spanish, English) . Shown team leadership experience . Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily . Interpersonal and leadership skills . Quality focused to lead standard models, as well as outliers for outstanding/required variation . Controllership and compliance approach (transactional and process integrity) . Excellent time management, prioritization skills Preferred qualifications . Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting . Communication and accountability and Collaboration and leadership . ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Excel advanced knowledge .
