The Renewal Support Specialist reports to a Renewal Proposal Supervisor and is part of a team supporting client's renewals customers. This role delivers timely, accurate, and compliant renewal quotations by validating scope, applying contract language, managing billing terms, and coordinating across Sales, Legal, Finance, and partner representatives. Specialists at this level own renewal opportunities end-to-end--from data validation through customer delivery--while sharing best practices and identifying workflow improvements.
