We are looking for

MBA Freshers

who are enthusiastic and eager to start their careers in

finance, marketing, production supervision, and sales operations

. The selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training and will be involved in multiple business functions, from

production shift supervision to financial reporting and sales coordination

.

Production / Operations:

Supervise daily production shifts to ensure baking schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Coordinate between production, quality, and management teams

Finance & Accounts:

Assist in basic financial analysis, MIS reports, and cost tracking,billing cycles, invoicing, and expense monitoring Track daily production costs and overheads to maintain healthy profit margins. Prepare weekly and monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) summaries for the management team.

Marketing & Sales:

Assist sales team in lead generation and customer follow-ups Monitor counter sales performance and train staff on up-selling and customer service. Manage Apna Bakery's social media handles to showcase fresh products and engage with the community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA (Finance / Marketing / Operations or related specialization) Strong communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
