- Daily Business punching report
- Analysing & Monitoring the productivity of the executives
- Preparing MIS & PPT for Sr. Management
- Daily follow up with Branches on renewal & Business.
- Handling any queries related to marketing, claim, operations or any other area.
- Follow up on non active FA’S ,IRDA , Retails products & other related aspects.
- Coordinating with HO, related to any queries from the branches.
- Mail handling i.e. sending mails, reminders to the branches , branch managers & Executive related to different parameters.
- Any other operational task as required by the management time to time.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills

- Leadership Skills
Salary Range – As per Industry Norms.
Educational Qualification- MBA in Marketing.
