Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - GMS Visa Team
Overview:
The Business Immigration Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting business immigration activities, including B-Visa and stamping for WP operations across the PAN India region. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with SLA and TAT.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business immigration-related tasks on a day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient processing and managing of visa applications.
• Manage and support B-Visa and WP stamping operations for the PAN India region, ensuring all processes are conducted smoothly.
• Review and approve visa requests, verifying employees travel purposes to the destination country to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate data and records related to visa applications and approvals. All the date needs to be update on a real time bases.
• Assisting employees with all visa application requests, providing guidance in filling the visa application and issuing the support letters with the time frame.
• Address and resolve queries related to visa applications promptly and effectively within the time frame.
• Support letters as required, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Ensure seamless operation of immigration processes, adhering to established SLAs and TATs.
• Update standard operating procedures to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness soon the new update comes up.
• Send pre-alerts to the company's authorized signatory on the date of application submission.
• Supporting in preparing the weekly, monthly reports and dashboards.
• Writing emails to the embassy/ Consulate with the different queries or clarifications.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business immigration processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.
• Experience in process improvement and SOP preparing.
• MS knowledge (Excel/Power point/word)

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques
• Knowledge of project planning techniques.
• Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
