Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager/Manager - Plan document specialist.
The Plan Document team works closely with clients to deliver a customized and streamlined back-office processing service for licensed retirement plan document products. These products are generated using the FIS Documents RDASP system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
The role involves end-to-end support of plan documentation, including recordkeeping operations, document management, regulatory updates, and ongoing plan support.
Responsibilities
Perform recordkeeping operations, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of plan documents.
Handle Document Management System and Records Management System processes in line with internal controls and compliance standards.
Provide ongoing Plan Support, responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of document-related requests
Create New Plan Documents as per client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Process Discretionary Amendments based on client-requested plan changes.
Implement IRS Amendments to ensure compliance with regulatory updates
Manage Plan Restatements to incorporate legislative and regulatory changes.
Prepare and process Annual Notices accurately and within mandated timelines.
Execute product conversions during restatement cycles.
Incorporate client-requested updates and changes into restated plan documents.
Conduct quality checks and ensure timely delivery of finalized documents to clients.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as recordkeeping, compliance, and operations teams.
Ensure all plan documents meet IRS regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.
Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
Escalate issues or risks proactively to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Masters in any stream
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong understanding of plan document administration and compliance.
Experience with document management systems (DMS/RMS).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong clients focus and communication skills.
