Management Intern Exciting opportunity for an on-site management intern based in Kochi, Kerala at DetectIQ, a leading healthcare diagnostics and AI startup. We are seeking an ambitious, organized local intern interested in gaining hands-on experience launching and managing a high-growth startup. As a management intern, you will work closely with our Kochi-based executive team to support key business functions and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with daily operations, planning, budgeting, and project management Conducting market research and analysis on the healthcare diagnostics and AI industries Preparing presentations and reports on competitive intelligence, product launches, and expansion plans Supporting marketing efforts including website updates, social media, and digital campaigns Completing special projects and taking on additional responsibilities as needed This is an excellent position to gain exposure to startup operations and cutting-edge innovations in the healthcare space. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, critical thinker, and excellent communicator. A graduate science background is desirable but not required. Healthcare, technology, or startup experience is a plus. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, Sciences or related field Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and experience with business software Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work on-site from our Kochi office, 6 days a week. Internship duration is 3-6 months with potential to extend.
