Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to review, develop, and produce training materials in various formats, including e-learning and instructor-led training sessions Participate in corporate pitches, educational institute pitches and such other learning academy initiatives Facilitate training programs for our retail and corporate clients, which may involve weekend work. Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting, auditing, and regulatory frameworks, both in India and globally. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to explain complex accounting concepts creatively and concisely. Manage and network across teams to work effectively and adapt to the unique needs of our clients and our growing entrepreneurial company. Manage projects and workload to consistently meet client expectations and deadlines. Participate in client proposals and sales efforts. Contribute to the company\'s learning services initiatives by writing blog posts, developing premium content, and drafting client emails. Engage in PMO roles to ensure smooth functioning of the programme. Minimum qualifications: . Active membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in good standing. . Strong technical proficiency in Indian GAAP, IFRS. . Knowledge of the current rules and requirements of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Required experience and preferred skills: . At least 5-6 years of recent experience with a large public accounting firmBig 4 experience auditing public companies strongly preferred. . Experience in stakeholder management, technical accounting, and audit requirements under various statutes. . Experience with Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. . Experience in corporate training design and development is preferred.
