Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
Handle inquiries from guests, clients, and staff efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or events as required.
Maintain records of visitors and ensure security procedures are followed.
Coordinate with other departments for guest or client support.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or diploma in hospitality or administration is an advantage).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Work Conditions:
Front office or reception desk environment.
Requires regular interaction with guests, clients, and staff.
May involve shifts, weekends, or public holidays depending on the organization.
