Job Description

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance

Attend all guest room and public area maintenance requests. Perform minor repairs including carpentry, painting, polishing, and fixture replacements. Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and identify maintenance needs.

Electrical

Troubleshoot and repair lighting, switches, sockets, and basic electrical issues. Assist with preventive maintenance of electrical panels and equipment.

Plumbing

Repair leaks, blockages, faucets, flush tanks, and bathroom fixtures. Maintain water supply lines, pumps, and drainage systems.

HVAC / Mechanical

Assist in servicing split units, ventilation fans, exhaust systems, and basic AC complaints. Support HVAC technicians during major repairs or PM schedules.

Equipment & Utility

Take daily readings of pumps, DG sets, panels, boilers, and utility equipment. Report any abnormalities to higher staff immediately.

Safety & Documentation

Follow all safety procedures and use PPE during work. Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks and work orders. Ensure maintenance tools are kept in good condition.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
