Job Description

Key responsibilities

Repair and maintenance:

Respond to reports of broken equipment and perform routine maintenance on machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and other problems in systems and equipment.

Preventive maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to prevent future issues and ensure everything is running efficiently.

Upkeep and cleaning:

Perform a variety of tasks, such as painting, minor repairs to walls and fixtures, and keeping the grounds clean and tidy.

Inventory management:

Track and maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Documentation:

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, especially in regulated environments.
