Key Responsibilities:

Preventative Maintenance:

Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.

Emergency Maintenance:

Responding to urgent maintenance requests and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Equipment Installation and Setup:

Assisting with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment logs.

Safety Compliance:

Following safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Inventory Management:

Managing maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with supervisors, team members, and other professionals regarding maintenance needs and priorities.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including landscaping and minor repairs.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
