  • Benefits:

  • Electrical maintenance:
- Support maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, intercom etc. - Support building renovation work with installation of new wiring, lights, fans, TV etc.- AC service experience is a plus
  • AC Maintenance:
- Support maintenance/repair of AC (split and duct) - Support building renovation work with installation of new AC
  • Additional responsibilities:
- Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying - Maintenance technician capable of performing both electrical and AC maintenance will be given preference - Work hours are 9AM to 8PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift - 6PM to 9AM Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Benefits:
