Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards. . Oversees and monitors maintenance procedures. . Plan & Execute routine maintenance projects. . Responsible for maintenance of all plant equipment. . Oversees operational processes, and leads employees in the team assigned. . Plans and executes assigned own maintenance projects. . Analyzes technical problems in factory and completes mechanical and/or electrical repairs and work orders. . Executes ramp up, set up and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations. . Dismantles, repairs, assembles, installs and sets up technical equipment and machines used in a production site. . . Contributes to installation projects in factory and support accountable Industrial Engineers. . Supports maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment. . May maintain various types of equipment. . Does why why analysis and solves repeat problems at root level . . Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance. . Utilization of problem solving tools and troubleshooting skills to identify root cause of machine issues. . Develop appropriate preventive and/or predictive maintenance plans to reduce emergency maintenance and extend overall life of machines. . Analyze basic functionality of machines and recommend rebuild/replacement parts to return to good performance. . Communicate and coordinate activities with cross-functional organizations when necessary. . Physical presence in the workplace is an essential function. . Implement and actively support the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives. . This role will be cross Maintenance Supervision and EHS at times. . Preparation of EHS Plan and its strict implementation at factory. . . Implementation and Monitoring of EHS Management System as per ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and as per law. . . Provide awareness to improve EHS culture and ZHC of Siemens . . Daily reporting of UA/UC's, Near-misses/Incidents (if any) and its corrective and preventive actions along with root cause analysis . . Responsible for monthly EHS reporting. Qualification Graduate /Diploma in Electrical / Electronics engineering with min 5-10 years of experience in maintenance of automated setup Preferred Skills: 1. Experience working in a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) environment. 2. Hands-on experience as Special purpose machine, lean production system , maintenance engineer or controls engineer 3. Familiarity with problem solving and reliability tools such as A3, 8D Corrective Action Plans, 5 Why, Fishbone and continuous improvement action plans. 4. Continuous improvement.
