Job Description

Key responsibilities

Team management:

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and other staff.

Work coordination:

Plan and assign maintenance tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Facility and equipment upkeep:

Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and oversee repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance for machinery, buildings, and systems.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies and government regulations, such as those from OSHA.

Budget and inventory:

Contribute to the maintenance budget, manage inventory of tools and supplies, and recommend equipment upgrades.

Emergency response:

Respond to and manage maintenance emergencies as they arise.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between management and the maintenance team, communicating policies and relaying staff concerns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
