Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Job Profile: 1. To ensure high degree of EHS system at Maintenance and Ensure the adherence of EHS standard. 2. Develop/ Reframe the strong system/ Process to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. 3. To upkeep the health of machines and all equipment\'s to perform as per EHS standard. 4. Planning, scheduling and Preventive Maintenance of Equipment\'s. 5. Machine wise monitoring and establishing fitness of all Equipment\'s to meet the production targets. 6. Subordinate Development-Improving level of supervision and impacting training to subordinates and people down the link. 7. To explore possibilities to automation for faster and better plant efficiency. 8. Involvement in developmental Projects Activities. 9. Budgeting for operation expenses & monitoring it\'s deviations. 10. Maintaining KPI of maintenance dept & monitoring its deviation 11. Maintaining all records inward-outward movement in the dept. 12. Leading DWM, Synergy deviation management system, QMS and EMS SOP Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,400,000.00 - 91,500,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
