Overall Purpose of the Role: To manage autonomous teams to ensure the production program in Safety and QCD objectives.
Responsibilities:

• To manage the maintenance team (daily activity management),
• To ensure maintenance KPIs are inline with Company KPI,
• Having knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Condition Monitoring of Automation and power systems in Heavy or Automobile Industry .
• Having Exp\xc3\xa9rience in Spare planning and spares indig\xc3\xa9nisation.
• Having Experience in Preparing of PM check sheets, Daily check sheets and other TPM documents.
• Having Experience in ISO,EHS activities.
• Monitoring, maintenance & preventive maintenance of Material handling equipments like EOT cranes, Scissor lift, Forklifts and Engines..
• Monitoring, maintenance & preventive maintenance of Machine Tools.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance of Power Tools.
• Active participant in TPM activity like Autonomous maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Focus Improvement, Tagging activity. Maintain MTBF and MTTR of Machine.
• Able to Handle Utilities like WTP,STP, Substation , UPS System, MHE
• Knowledge in SAP

. Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar position.acnd having Govt Spervisory License
• Hands on exposure of managing Maintenance system and working exposure in SAP
• Good exposure of MS office
• Can lead the team

Education : B.E./B.Tech. Electrical/Electronics with minimum 15 years of Experience with Govt Supervosry Electrical License.
