Saarus is the manufacturing arm of KOKO Networks. As a Maintenance Manager of our plant located at Sanand, Gujarat, you will - Develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of its execution. Controlling and improving the MTTR MTBF matrix for plant machinery and equipment. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Provide input to management on selection of machines, equipments and spares procurement. Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department as per ISO requirements. Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chillar plants. Develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of its execution. Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality. Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Maintain maintenance logs and reports on daily activities. Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with (OHSAS) - Bachelor In Engineering in Mech/Elec - Experience of 10 -12 Years - Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
