Job Summary

• He will be responsible for the overall safety of the Equipment and Machinery.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of facilities, furnishing & equipment.
• Regular servicing of the Air-conditioners and allies.
• Regular maintenance of the Geysers, service whenever required.
• Ensuring that the property is provided with adequate power supply.
• Recording the Utility meter and validating the daily usage.
• Maintaining the Diesel & Power consumption reports.
• Maintaining the operations of the STP Plant.
• checking and refilling of the Fire extinguishers and maintenance.
• Emergency preparedness by ensuring appropriate measures.
• Operates life safety systems and regular monitoring.
• Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
• Repairs televisions, phones, radios, etc.
• General plumbing work handling.
• Responds to all building related safety concerns.
• Maintains departmental compliance with maintenance procedures.
• Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree.

• Good analyzing skills.
• Emergency preparedness.
• Well versed with the safety measures and equipment.
