Job Summary:
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine checks and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Address repair issues promptly to minimize downtime. Coordinate with vendors for specialized services. Maintain records of maintenance and equipment history. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Bike is compulsory
- field visits required.Travel allowance will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
