to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facility/equipment/assets. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage service schedules and vendors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and coordinate timely repairs.
Maintain and update maintenance logs and service records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor inventory and order supplies, tools, and spare parts as required.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, refurbishments, or equipment installations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements for long-term solutions.
Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance-related expenditures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management or a related field.
Proven experience in maintenance or facility management (2+ years preferred).
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
Willingness to be on-call for emergencies or work flexible hours as needed.
