Job Title:

Maintenance GPM (Factory & Restaurant)

Experience Required:

5+ years in facility maintenance (factory and restaurant settings)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and infrastructure. Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

2. Refrigeration Systems:

Maintain and troubleshoot commercial refrigeration systems used in both factory and restaurant settings. Ensure timely servicing and repair of cold rooms, chillers, and freezers. Monitor temperature control systems for efficiency and compliance.

3. Electrical Maintenance:

Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, lighting, and power distribution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. Coordinate with external vendors when required for specialized repairs.

4. Civil Maintenance:

Oversee structural repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep. Supervise minor construction work or remodeling projects. Ensure all civil maintenance work adheres to safety and quality standards.

5. Multi-Site Coordination:

Manage maintenance tasks across both factory and restaurant locations. Prioritize tasks based on urgency, cost-effectiveness, and operational impact.

6. Vendor & Contractor Management:

Liaise with service providers for specialized tasks or supply of parts. Monitor quality of service and ensure timely completion of outsourced work.

7. Inventory & Budget Management:

Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Assist in budgeting for maintenance activities and control expenditures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
