Routine Maintenance: Performing scheduled inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment. Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge. Preventive Maintenance: Implementing strategies to predict and prevent future equipment failures. Emergency Response: Responding to equipment breakdowns and implementing repairs to minimize downtime. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections. Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities. Training and Supervision: Providing technical support and training to other maintenance personnel and contractors. Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs and budgets. Collaboration and Communication: Working with other teams (production, engineering, etc.) to optimize operational efficiency. Skills Required: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or other relevant engineering disciplines. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose faults, identify root causes, and develop solutions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
