Maintenance Engineer (Civil)
to manage maintenance activities for residential and commercial buildings in and around Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day civil maintenance works
Attending customer complaints and rectification works
Supervision of repair, renovation, and finishing works
Coordination with vendors, contractors, and technicians
Inspection of buildings for structural and maintenance issues
Preparing maintenance reports and material requirements
Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works
Requirements
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum
8+ years of experience
in building maintenance
Strong knowledge of civil repairs, waterproofing, and finishing works
Ability to handle residents' issues professionally
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Salary
