Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Adhering to all safety and performance regulations. Proving technical support and training on new equipment. Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment. Taking daily rounds noting machine abnormalities and taking corrective and preventive actions to minimize the breakdown time. Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Skills Required Open to any kind of change management. Effective problem-solving abilities Knowledge in computer operation. (Excel/word/Power point etc) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical/Functional Proficiency Required Basic Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical. Machines preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance. Hands on experience in handling electrical equipment\'s, switchgears, motors, starters. Testing various sensors, power supplies, PLC, Relays, PCB Replacements etc. Basic mechanical knowledge in gear box, transmission, Belts, pulleys. Knowledge of utilities equipment\'s like Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Air Conditioners preferred.
