Job responsibilities
- Providing and implementing scientific solutions to solve production problems and supporting equipment breakdowns
- Trouble shooting of shop floor problems
- To continuously work towards minimizing machine breakdown. Analyzing breakdown trend & taking necessary corrective & preventive action
- To prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedule of all major equipment in consultation with the production
- To ensure safety of machines, equipments and maintaining records
- Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection molding equipment .
Ideal candidate profile 5 - 15 years of experience
Experience with the following: -
- Injection Molding Machines - Ferromatic Milacron, Toshiba, Boy, Engel
Vertical Injection Molding machines
Knowledge of Electrical, electronic and Hydraulic circuits
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance of machines
Knowledge of processing of engineering plastic
Note: Salary will be based on knowledge and experience
