Job responsibilities

Providing and implementing scientific solutions to solve production problems and supporting equipment breakdowns
Trouble shooting of shop floor problems
To continuously work towards minimizing machine breakdown. Analyzing breakdown trend & taking necessary corrective & preventive action
To prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedule of all major equipment in consultation with the production
To ensure safety of machines, equipments and maintaining records
Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection molding equipment .

Ideal candidate profile 5 - 15 years of experience
