Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Fio Restaurant. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities in our restaurants and bars. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in maintenance engineering. The job is based in Delhi, Delhi, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, with a focus on restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any maintenance needs
• Handle maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
• Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations
• Create and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment maintenance history
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards
• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance engineering to recommend improvements
