Level: Executive to AM

The Industrial IoT Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software and hardware solutions to enable connectivity and control of sensors and actuators from the Equipment to the cloud. Extensive knowledge of communication protocols

Responsibilities

• Responsible to prepare, Maintain and execute the periodical preventive Electrical schedules of all Machines &Equipments
• Should have knowledge of electrical troubleshooting skills and Should be able to read electrical circuits
• Electrical installation upkeep preventive maintenance execution for all electrical equipment, electrical installation ion
• To do breakdown analysis.- MTTR, MTBF, BD% data measurement, and Countermeasures
• To assure the monitoring of plan vs actual, daily checklist, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, history card fill up
• Responsible for plant Start-up, Ramp-up, and transition to High Volume Manufacturing and sustaining
• Develop plans for the implementation of new technology including the implementation of capital plans and workforce readiness assessment
• Manage a team of technicians for maintenance to maintain the plant’s equipment performance
• Preparation, Implementation & Monitoring of Equipment/Maintenance Standards, Procedures, manuals, work instructions & check sheets

• Troubleshooting of Electrical/Electronic logic circuitry of continuous process machinery control panels
• Responsible to Train and development of team members with the latest know-how and structured Training
• Manage standards such as safety, equipment availability, and throughput to meet the requirements
• Maintenance & Operation of Plant utilities like D.G. set, Solar, Air compressor, Industrial lifts, Air conditioners, electric panels etc
• Implementation of Energy management system
• Skilled in monitoring Operations & Maintenance procedures to increase the efficiency and ensuring adherence to quality standards through in-process checks
• Ensure Plant Breakdown with Low MTTR and zero Safety concerns/Zero accident
• Drive the Total Productive Maintenance activities &implementation of TPM. (Focus on PM, JH & E&T)
• Facilitation for implementation of QS 9000, ISO 14001, EHS & OHSAS activities
• Ensure trouble shooting complex B/D in Robots, Electrical Control Panels ,Cobots& other PLC.
• Achieving production uptime as per target. Facilitation for achieving the same

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Electrical panels, Drawings, Circuits, Components and its operations
• Expertise in SPM operating/Handling/Maintenance of M/C & systems (including Hardware & Software knowledge)
• Strong knowledge of electrical parts &Its repairing and electrical safety
• Should Have Good Knowledge about PLC Programming (Siemens PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, Allen Bradley PLC)
• Knowledge of required building codes & electrical - ISO standards
• Proven knowledge of Manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent knowledge in equipment maintenance and spare part scheduling systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of MAXIMO& SAP PM module is a preferable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage employee relations
• Weekly & monthly PDCA. Focus on standardization
• Do Low Cost Automation with Inhouse resource Management

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Should have worked in Large Manufacturing environment or Auto OEMs (High scale Production).
• Well versed in understanding of Equipment Drawings. Designing Interface Solving Capabilities
• Knowledge of Related software (Auto Cad, CMMS etc). Control System & Software Understanding
• Why-Why analysis of Breakdowns& CAPA. Spare part Management
• To provide Maintenance support for 2 shifts. Willing to work in shifts

Educational Qualification,experience

• BE in Electrical /Mechatronics /Electronics/Instrumentation/ Mechanical – 7~10years
• Diploma in Mechatronics with 07~12years experience
