Job: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5-8 Years
:
5 to 8 years exp in machines involved in Fabrication - Welding, Laser cut and VMC & CNC . Highly skilled and experienced Fabrication, Welding, Machine Shop division.
Performing mechanical and electrical & electronics repair works on all machines. Knowledge about controllers like (FANUC & Siemens). Knowledge about troubleshooting of electrical , hydraulic , and pneumatic circuits problems (Lader diagrams - PLC).
Knowledge about Guideways and Ball screw /and importance of lubrication. /Reading of electrical wiring diagrams./ Machine levelling and alignment./ General facility maintenance./
Knowledge about machine history cards , BD Reports , etc /Knowledge of PLC,RLC.
Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic.
DG,Compressor, Distribution Panel, Control Panel.
Operation Of Robotics welding , Laser cut operation, Assembly line Equipment maintenance is added advantgae
